Refund policy

We have a customer friendly 3 days return policy:

Return request will be accepted through the website only.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

 

Return Policy:

  1. To raise a return request, You can log in to your account using the same phone number which is used while placing the order. 
  2. Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for raising any dispute or return request.
  3. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like WhatsApp, Facebook / Instagram chat, email or phone call.
  4. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
  5. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition. Returns will be subject to a thorough inspection, and the request will be declined if the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing its original packaging or tags detached from the product.
  6. In the event your return is declined, you will not be eligible for a refund, and our store will assume no liability for the item.
  7. Refund would be processed within 2-4 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Bengaluru.
  8. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.
  9. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

  11. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.


 

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products

shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized for you
  4. If the Return is requested after 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
